Stop Smoking Forever 4.0 Six Stage Set is up. I have not finished with the instructions that will be included. They are simple:
1. Choose the track you prefer (masked or ultrasonic). Start with Stage 1.
2. Set that track playing on loop mode over speakers in your bedroom at a comfortable volume.
3. Use the Ocean Surf track to calibrate volume for the ultrasonic track, if you prefer the ultrasonic. The minimum effective volume for the ocean surf track is the one at which the lowest volume parts of the ocean surf are still softly heard.
4. Leave the track playing on loop mode in your bedroom for two weeks. Then immediately switch to the next stage. Do not use the stages out of numerical order.
5. Continue using the program through all 6 stages for a total of 12 weeks, regardless of when you quit smoking. (Most people quit smoking without effort within between 4 and 8 weeks. If you are still smoking by the end of week 12 (very unlikely if you’re following these instructions), simply repeat stages 1 through 6 again.
6. Don’t try to force yourself to quit smoking if it’s a strain. Minimize your smoking as much as possible, but let the program do the hard part. You’ll notice that you simply slow down and stop quite automatically and without effort, stress, irritation, anxiety, etc. over time. It is important to allow the program to work at its own speed, because the goal is stress free smoking cessation.
